About the Theater

Summerfield Cinemas is proudly owned and operated by Dan and Amy Tocchini, lifelong residents of Santa Rosa. The Tocchinis’ roots in Sonoma County film history go all the way back to 1924, when Dan Tocchini, Sr. opened The Strand, Santa Rosa’s first-ever movie theater, on the corner of Fifth and Davis Streets.
